Benjamin Steakhouse - New York
The seafood-focused steakhouse showcases generous portions, which may be served family style for up to four diners. As with many of New York's top steakhouses, Benjamin offers USDA prime beef, and every cut is carefully dry aged in specially handcrafted aging boxes. It is also chilled to the precise temperature and humidity level, for a minimum of 28 days.
Signature cuts include New York sirloin, filet mignon and double thick veal chops. Benjamin Steakhouse also features a good number of non-red meat dishes, from a rich and buttery Chilean sea bass to grilled Norwegian salmon.
Benjamin Steakhouse is located in the newly renovated Dylan Hotel, which is set in a century-old building that's one block from Grand Central station.
