The vibrant Italian American-focused eatery Carbone pays homage to the great New York restaurants of the mid-20th century. It's owned by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick, who have made it one of the hottest spots in the Big Apple. There are steaks, hand-made pastas and seafood on the menu.

All steaks and chops are grilled on charcoal, bringing out their juiciness. Selections range from double lamb chops to a prime Porterhouse for two. Non-steak diners may choose from Dover piccata, fettuccine with mushrooms and spicy rigatoni vodka.
