Empire Steak House - New York
The Broadway Theater District outpost is 4,500 square feet, and easily accommodates 230 guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as private events.
The menu features certified USDA Prime and dry-aged beef--which is dry aged in custom-designed aging boxes. One of the more popular choices include the signature Porterhouse for two, which is dry aged for 21 to 28 days for optimal flavor. Japanese Kobe steak is also on the menu: Wagyu ribeye and tenderloin.
Empire is also big on non-seafood dishes: Pastas (spaghetti with lobster), seafood (Maryland crab cakes, broiled Norwegian salmon) and poultry (chicken Parmigiana) are on the menu. The restaurant also boasts an extensive and highly selective wine list featuring more than 300 bottles, featuring many sought-after California vintages.
