Michael Jordan's The Steak House - New York
It's quite befitting that this particular upscale modern steakhouse is situated on the balcony of Grand Central Terminal--one of New York's most stunning architectural landmarks. Named in honor of the iconic basketball star, Michael Jordan's The Steak House overlooks the stunning Beaux-Arts main concourse with views of the famous clock, stories-high windows and constellation-embellished cerulean blue ceiling.
The dining room stretches across the north balcony, with an enclosed wood-paneled private room and elegant spaces for special events. The restaurant's bar on the west balcony has become an iconic gathering place for winding down.
Michael Jordan's is best known for its prime steaks, which range from a boneless ribeye to a generously sized Porterhouse for two. Diners also get the choice of the "cut of the night." Popular non-steak entrees include the likes of shrimp scampi, grilled Atlantic salmon and crusted yellow fin tuna.
