Statler Grill - New York
The Statler draws a healthy business crowd during lunchtime with its $25 lunch special during the week. That includes an appetizer, entree and dessert. The restaurant's also popular with the after-work professional types as it's across the street from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden.
Its long history harkens back to the big band era, and is named after Ellsworth Statler, who ran the Hotel Pennsylvania from 1919 to 1954. The Statler serves classic New York steakhouse prime steaks and chops as well as daily delivered fresh seafood.
