The Prime Grill - New York
Prime Hospitality Group's first restaurant opened in 2000 as steakhouse-focused The Prime Grill. Owner/founder Joey Allaham, whose family is originally from Syria, is a fourth-generation butcher who has used his experience to provide the best quality and finest cuts of meat available. He also strives to change the public's perception of kosher dining. The menu offers a full sushi menu, steaks, flatbreads, air-dried charcuterie board selections and more.
Prime Hospitality restaurants, including The Prime Grill, are the only kosher establishments serving USDA prime certified Angus beef. Chops and steaks are aged in the restaurant's in-house aging room, and consists of cuts like center-cut ribeye, Delmonico, rack of lamb and a 21-ounce New York ribeye.
